Dr. Cosgrove has been in the financial industry for 35 years. He’s known within the industry for his outstanding leadership, management skills and direction. During his career, he’s served as a Financial Advisor, Resident Manager, Regional Director, Managing Director, Senior Vice-President and President. He has worked with large corporate divisions, small businesses, churches, nonprofits, and public organizations.
Before entering the financial industry, Dr. Cosgrove graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and spent 12 years in the Army serving as an Airborne Ranger Infantry officer. He had the honor of being named a Distinguished Honor Graduate of the United States Army Ranger School and appointed as a Professor of Military Science. A highlight of his military career was being selected to command the Presidential Honor Guard in Washington, D.C.
His commitment to serving others has extended to his life beyond the military and financial services. He has been the president of his church and served at the top levels of successful philanthropic organizations. After completing a PhD in Leadership, Dr. Cosgrove founded his own leadership institute. He continues to give speeches and conduct workshops all over the country focused on improving leadership in our communities as a part of his work for the leadership institute.
